It begins.

My first brownie review was 22nd of October, 2016, while I was in Padang Bai, Bali. It was a slow start (the next review was about 6 months later), but the project built, slowly. Dear diary, what did I do this afternoon? I walked down the road to a cafe, and had a pretty good brownie with vanilla ice cream. Then I walked down another block or two, to another restaurant, and had another one. It’s a hard life. That was Bloo Lagoon Eco Village Cafe, followed by Topi Inn 2, in Padang Bai, south-east Bali, Indonesia.

At the East end of town, it’s a cozy place, often with live music in the evenings. Their brownie has layers. 22k IDR + 15%?
