Brownatics of Malaysia, Kuala Lumpur has a new king. (Sorry The Brownie Bar of Pavilion). VCR Café has this dark chocolate bar of soft, moist deliciousness, filled with crunchy nuts and sprinkled with dark/raw cacao for 13RM.
